We are aware that a company in Taiwan is operating under the names "John Ray" and "Cosmescents" and falsely claiming these represent a rebrand of Escents Aromatherapy. This is completely false. These companies have no affiliation with Escents Aromatherapy and are not authorized to use our brand, our logo, our product formulations, or our collections under any name.
If you have been told that Escents rebranded as "John Ray" or "Cosmescents", you have been deliberately misled. Authentic Escents products are handcrafted in small batches in Richmond, BC and sold exclusively through escentsaromatherapy.com and our verified retail partners.

We have also been made aware that a company called Yuri is operating in Taiwan and falsely representing themselves as an authorized distributor of Escents Aromatherapy. This is not true. Yuri has no affiliation with Escents Aromatherapy and is not, and has never been, an authorized distributor of our products in Taiwan or anywhere else.
Please do not purchase Escents products through Yuri. If you have been approached by this company or have questions about authorized retailers, please contact us directly.
