Our Cold Sore Treatment Gel uses bacteria-fighting Tea Tree essential oil and soothing Geranium in a base of nourishing Comfrey Gel to help speed the healing of cold sores and help prevent sores before they start. Rich in fatty acids and allantoin, comfrey encourages skin cell growth and tissue regeneration.
ADDITIONAL INFO: Comfrey gel is made by adding the leaves of the comfrey plant directly to a gel base. The leaves of the comfrey plant were once wrapped around broken bones to promote healing.
DIRECTIONS: Apply to affected area up to 4 times a day. Keep away from eyes.

This gel is providing the relief I needed over the winter .. great find and another superior Escents product. Fantastic results and highly recommended for people with chronic cold sores.

I have been using this for years and found it's the only effective way to stop a cold sore right at the start. Even if you don't get it right away, you will be able to have it heal faster than all the commercial products I've tried and I don't there's one out there I haven't tried. A must-have if you get cold sores!
