How to Use

  • Diffuser: Add 4–6 drops to your aromatherapy diffuser to fill your space with calm
  • Bath: Add 6–8 drops directly to a warm bath
  • Pulse points: Apply 1–2 drops to wrists, temples or neck — dilute in a carrier oil for sensitive skin
  • Custom blending: Add 6–8 drops per 30ml of any Escents unscented base
