  1. 1 oz carrier oil, we suggest our pure Argan oil
  2. Mix 5 drops Lavender essential oil + 3 drops Cedarwood essential oil + 2 drops Bergamot essential oil
  3. Add 7–10 drops of the essential oil mix to the carrier oil
