Free standard shipping on all orders over $30 (before taxes). Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

United States

Free standard shipping on all orders over $30 (before taxes). Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days. US customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees.

International

Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment online.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, please contact us at customer@escents.ca and we will make it right.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We are unable to provide return labels for US or international orders. Canadian customers requesting a return label will have a shipping fee deducted from their refund.
