Ingredients: 100% pure essential oil

Several species of evergreen conifer trees are used to produce this pleasant, balsamic, sweet, evergreen-scented essential oil. Spruce essential oil has a pleasing 'green forest' scent that is both calming and elevating, is often added to other pine or fir oils in air fresheners, disinfectants, detergents and soaps. Spruce helps support the respiratory, nervous and glandular systems. Its aromatic influences help to open and release emotional blocks, bringing about a feeling of balance.

How to Use: Create your own custom wellness, bath and body products with any of our Scentless products by adding 10 - 20 drops per 30ml or 1oz of product. You can also add 5 - 8 drops in an aroma diffuser to scent your space and breathe in it's therapeutic benefits.

Uses: Spruce is beneficial for the nervous system, skin care, respiratory system and muscular system.

Nervous System: Reduces anxiety and stress. Is mentally grounding, elevating and opening.

Skin Care: Balances oily skin.

Respiratory System: Helps with asthma, bronchitis, coughs and respiratory weakness.

Muscular System: Helps with muscle aches, pains and rheumatism.

Keep out of reach children. Do not ingest. Dilute before use. If irritation develops, discontinue use. If you are pregnant or have other medical conditions, consult a health care practitioner before use. Keep away from sensitive areas. Do not ingest.     Picking your Christmas tree out?

    One of the best things is walking through the tree lot and rubbing up against the trees then sitting in your car on the ride home and smelling the sappy green tree smell..... Yes you know what I mean! LOL

    Not for me...

    This scent wasn't for me. I found it very astringent and not pleasing. I LOVED the Cedarwood and would highly recommend it over Spruce.
